Please test on a cloth before using, to ensure it washes out.
Draw lightly. After you have finished sewing the lines, soak a different cloth in water and gently dab to erase the marks. If the stain doesn't come off use a fabric eraser or gently wash the item in water.
The longer the pencil is left on the fabric, the harder it is to remove.
Use a black pencil for light coloured fabric and a white or yellow pencil for darker coloured fabric.
