KNITTING PATTERN

A textured vest pattern with a garter yoke, and a matching hat with a buttoned tab. A simple cable front panel adds interest to this buttoned vest.

The Hat pattern has two versions, knitted flat on straight needles or on the round on double pointed needles.



TENSION: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm [4 ins] over stst on 4 mm [6 US] needles.

Recommended Yarn 8ply Merino

Cream 3 4 4 4 50gm Balls

One pair each size 3.25 mm [3 US], 4 mm [6 US] knitting needles, one set each size 3.25 mm [3 US], 4 mm [6 US] double pointed needles, stitch holder, cable needle and 6-7 buttons.
